Get ready for a night of fun, food, and celebration starting after graduation on Monday, May 19, and continuing through the night. The destination is a surprise! This page includes the party timeline, details, and answers to common questions.

Event Schedule & Important Details

Monday, May 19

8:00 am – Senior Breakfast at R.W. Berends Student Center - Join your Senior for a breakfast honoring your years of dedication. Seniors and parents attend only.

  • Students will change clothes immediately after graduation, but they’ll also need to bring additional items for the party (listed below). These items must be brought—by either the student or a parent—to the Senior Breakfast in a small disposable bag. Parent volunteers will transfer them into a provided drawstring bag labeled with the student’s name, which will be given to them at check in before boarding transportation. No other bags are allowed.

    Essential Items to Pack:

    • Sweatshirt or jacket suitable for outdoor activities

    • Swimsuit suitable for water activities

    • Flip flops/slides

    • Prescription medication (if needed)

    • Glasses/contacts (if needed)

    Personal care items (deodorant, gum/mints, feminine hygiene items) will be available at the venue

    Prohibited Items:

    • No valuables (jewelry, expensive clothing, shoes)

    • No cash or spending money (everything is covered)

    • No electronics (phones, laptops, iPads, etc.) - Phones will be checked in when students board transportation to the party and returned in the morning

    • No blankets, pillows, or large bags

    • No alcohol, tobacco, vapes, drugs, weapons

7:00 pm – Graduation at Calvary Church

  • Please take photos before graduation as afterward students have 10 minutes to change and hand off their graduation clothes before boarding transportation.

9:00 - 9:15 pm – Check in to board transportation to party

  • Students check in and receive their drawstring bag with pre-packed items.

  • Phones will be checked in at this time and returned in the morning.

9:15 pm – Board transportation (a meal and drink will be provided).

10:00 pm – Arrive at venue

10:00 pm - 2:45 am – Enjoy supervised activities, snacks, and drinks

3:00 am – Board transportation to return to NPC

3:45 - 4:00 am – Parent/guardian pickup at NPC (students cannot drive themselves home).

  • Nope! We want seniors to be fully in the moment, making memories with friends on their big night! Phones will be collected and returned in the morning. In an emergency, contact:

    Chaperones will have access to students and can assist in getting a message to them as needed.

  • Pick-up at NPC between 3:45 - 4:00 am on Tues, May 20. Students must be picked up by a parent/guardian. Students are not allowed to drive themselves home.

  • No. All students will travel to the party in designated transportation vehicles. Parents volunteering will drive separately to the venue. Graduates are not permitted to ride with their parents.

  • Yes, students may leave their cars at NorthPointe, but arrangements should be made to remove them on the same day.

  • Yes, there will be gluten-free and dairy-free options. Let us know if you have specific concerns.

  • Students can bring EpiPens, inhalers, or insulin but must show them at check-in. Minor pain relief (Ibuprofen/Tylenol) will be provided.

  • Yes, the venue will have staff and security. Parent volunteers will also be present to monitor exits and circulate throughout the facility.

  • Yes, all items will be checked by parent volunteers at the Senior Breakfast on Mon, May 19 at 8:00 am.

  • Students will be removed and parents will be notified.

  • The cost to attend the party is $150, which covers everything: transportation, food, snacks, and activities. Students do not need any spending money.

  • The event is organized by fellow senior parents.

  • The event is funded through parent donations, local corporate sponsorships, and fundraisers like our Holiday Pie Sale. These contributions cover the costs of the venue, transportation, food, snacks, and entertainment.
